A High Profile Client came to us with a Large (201 Units & 160,000 sf) and Very Complicated Project & 11 Weeks on the clock to meet the #421a deadline. .
We started the project on 4/6 had to circumvent
Mandatory Inclusionary Housing (HPD Filing)
Environmental issues (OER Filing Hazmat/Noise/ Air)
Flood Zone Compliance.
We put together a full DOB filing set in less than 10 Days (which is unheard of) !!!
The job was filed on 4/15 didn't get objections until 5/12 & we were still able to get Zoning Approval & Permit for #421a by the 6/15 deadline!!!
